Program Overview
New Age Prep prepares our students for success in competitive educational settings by offering well-rounded support and academic enrichment. We provide ongoing support, equipping our students with the necessary tools to excel in their schools and select a college that best aligns with their talents and interests.
Summer Enrichment Program
Our 4-week, 3-days-per-week Summer Prep is program designed to prepare students for the SSAT and SHSAT exams. Starting with a benchmark assessment, our seasoned educators tailor the curriculum to maximize each student’s potential. The program concludes with a sponsored “Day in the Life” experience at a local New York boarding school, where students engage in educational activities and families can tour the campus. This provides unique insight into school life and helps prepare students for future academic endeavors. For more information, please contact us.
SSAT/SHSAT Prep
Complementing our summer program, we offer on-site after-school academic support at select middle schools. This initiative is geared towards providing the extra assistance our students need to transition successfully to private or specialized schools, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive academically at the next level.
Extracurricular Programs
Our partnerships with diverse New York-based organizations, from arts to sports, enables our students to develop skills and interests beyond academics. Active involvement in extracurriculars and community engagements is integral to students’ overall development, enhancing their prospects for placement in top schools. This participation also nurtures a culture of leadership and community involvement.
Mentorship
Our mentorship program connects students with accomplished individuals who guide and support them through the transition to top private schools and beyond. This network, along with our peer-to-peer mentoring initiatives, offers ongoing emotional support and guidance, helping students and families adjust and succeed in their new environments.
Financial Aid Support
We provide our services free of charge and assist families in maximizing financial aid opportunities from private schools, where tuition can range from $50,000 to $75,000 annually. We support families by guiding them through the financial aid processes and offering fee waivers for standardized tests and school application fees. This ensures high-quality education is accessible, regardless of financial circumstances.
Application Support
Our program is designed to guide families through a seamless and smooth application process. We simplify it by waiving fees and assisting with the submission of necessary documents, including teacher referrals and transcripts. We also provide feedback on personal essays to help each student effectively showcase their unique qualities.
Interview Prep
We offer comprehensive interview prep to help students navigate the high school application process. From understanding what interviewers are looking for to preparing them to present themselves as confident young adults, we provide full support every step of the way.
